If you are looking for all the perks of a corporate job without a boring corporate-y environment, this is the place to work. Leadership is open and honest. Feels like a family with a competitive spirit for everyone to be their best. Fun outings, celebrate wins, great office management.

Cons

Not really a con, just a reality: They are in high growth mode, so while it's a great opportunity to be a part of this; you need to be prepared to bring your A Game every day.

Pros

Leadership extends real trust and gives you the freedom to own your work and figure out how to get things done. The company is genuinely focused. There's a clear top-level goal, and quarterly objectives are structured so that each person's goals nest into the broader company direction. That alignment is rare, and it means the work you do actually connects to something. If you're someone who wants autonomy and a clear sense of why your work matters, it's a strong place to be.

Cons

The intense focus is a real strength, but it has a flip side. Because teams are so locked in on their own goals, it can be easy to get siloed. Cross-functional context doesn't always flow on its own. It's manageable, and it mostly just requires individuals to be intentional about reaching across teams rather than waiting for it to happen, but it's worth going in knowing that proactively breaking through silos is part of the job.

Overall its a solid company and you can make a lot of money. Most of the managers are great

Cons

Some employees aren't held accountable if execs like them. One manager started dating someone who reported directly to her for months and nothing came of it when hr found out. That same manager yells at employees every week over small mistakes or questioning the rules that she makes up. Its a shame because the other managers are great but your experience can really depend on which manager you end up working for long term.
