Overall its a solid company and you can make a lot of money. Most of the managers are great

Some employees aren't held accountable if execs like them. One manager started dating someone who reported directly to her for months and nothing came of it when hr found out. That same manager yells at employees every week over small mistakes or questioning the rules that she makes up. Its a shame because the other managers are great but your experience can really depend on which manager you end up working for long term.
