Pros

Benefits , good pay, most of the upper management is there when you need them. Teamwork, Excellent Trainer Diana Johnson is one of the best.

Cons

There is alot of stress put on the managers that is managing their stores, alot of unneccessary changes in paperwork throughout the workplace.

Core values are followed. Compassion, Humility, Integrity, Accountability. They care about their employees as well as tenants. I can go to work everyday with a smile on my face knowing that I am going to enjoy my day ahead.

Cons

I do not have a downside. I really enjoy my job. I look forward to growing within The Company
