Pros

They understand employees. They also run off of Christian beliefs.

Cons

Closing for lunch. Using your own car to get stuff. Yes miles are reimbursed but no one wants to use mileage on their own vehicle. Also if what we need is small, they want us to pay for it with our company credit card.

Pros

Core values are followed. Compassion, Humility, Integrity, Accountability. They care about their employees as well as tenants. I can go to work everyday with a smile on my face knowing that I am going to enjoy my day ahead.

Cons

I do not have a downside. I really enjoy my job. I look forward to growing within The Company
