Cons
Due to covid, we lost our office located in north San Diego. Now 100% distributed it can be difficult without seeing team members daily. We do the best we can, with weekly touchpoints, periodic interactions, monthly company meetings, and team events to bring us all together. With a distributed model, communication has to be at an all time high, becoming at times more demanding.
