Poor experience - Underwriting Movement Mortgage Employee Review

Exceptional company with positive and helpful management. Close team atmosphere, and everyone is always willing to to help and cheer you on.

Commission slightly less than other mortgage lenders.

When I started things seemed promising.

Over worked and underpaid. Received only one raise my whole time there, and that was after being promised multiple times I would receive a raise. Would change processes without training or training didn’t provide much detail/help. Was put into a hostile work environment with the loan officer. The company never tried to intervene or helped. HR was useless and essentially victim blamed me.
