Cons
How is Movement making so much profit you ask? By hurting the consumer (highest rates in the entire industry) + illegally paying realtors, but trying to hide these payments through "so called advertising", through donations to realtor charities, through expenses + worst employee pay in the industry. So many borrowers have been hurt by greedy Movement LOs that pressure them into high fees and rates, and it starts with the Realtor steering that customer to Movement LOs. This attitude starts at the top with the Movement CEO, who cares only about his own personal publicity, not his employees or customers. This company is the reason the CFPB was created and it should be investigated immediately for illegal practices, that harm borrowers. I don't understand how they haven't audited us yet. Also, hiring of people not based ok skill set but rather on how likely they are to "drink the koolaid" I'm tired of working with people who are hired because they attend a certain church or have zero qualifications so they can be paid laughable wages. It is impossible to get ahead unless you make it into "the club". I am actively seeking other employment as I don't want to be around when the hammer is dropped. I feel more and more like I'm a part of a cult everyday. If they put as much effort into their employees/policies/procedures as they do in the t-shirts they make maybe we would be better off. Also, I'm a Christian but I don't need it shoved down my throat at work all the time. There's a time & place. Employees worth is dependent on how much koolaid you can suck down NOT how well you actually perform your work. Don't be "different" they do not like different. Be sure to fall in line with the Christian beliefs or you're outta here! Diversity is NOT one of the qualities exemplified here. Although fakeness is not a word, it is here! CEO/Ownership are celebrated and paraded "Gods" Parking
