Literally the worst job I've ever had. Tried to negotiate salary when hired but was told they don't negotiate. Found out many of my male coworkers with less experience were able to get a higher salary with less experience and same start date. Forced to attend religious sermons on first Friday of every month. Absolutely no management accountability. People wear completely inappropriate /revealing/obscene clothing but nothing is ever said. There's no consistency of policies and procedures. In the year+ that I've been here, the "perks" are steadily being taken away. Worst of all, I was promised a solid bonus every month. BUT if you are unable to meet your deadline (regardless if you have done absolutely everything within your power to make it), you LOSE money. Since starting here, I've gone thousands of dollars in debt just to try to make ends meet. There's zero work-life balance. They say that they love and value their people but they have proven time and again that they just don't care at all. Everyone just passes the buck when it comes to actually caring about the people they work with. There's no clear organizational structure and everything is very "hush hush". I don't have a clue how to reach other departments or who does what in the process. It's just a giant cluster in every sense of the word. Honestly, I think if the CEO would spend more time worrying about running a company instead of a church, maybe this company wouldn't be falling apart. All day every day all people in my department talk about is speculating when we're going to be laid off.
