      Pros

      Great co workers, you get a nice work truck to take home every night. The company takes good care of you if you work hard and go that extra mile.

      Cons

      You work 14+ hours a day 6 days a week for minimum wage, impossible to move up in the company, your non stop working with the amount of stops you have in one day you can barely take a lunch break.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
