Pros
The management is fantastic to work for. They are really there to make sure that you succeed. If you have a problem with customer service they role play to make sure you feel comfortable with all their customers. They give you all the tools to do your job well. Training is excellent.
Cons
Pay is not that great and the hours vary depending how much you want to earn. Minimum: 50 hours. Max: can be around 75. Then (at least in DC) the commute was terrible.
