Pros
Company truck to drive home, nice coworkers, nice office and equipment. They cover most of your health insurance premiums for you out of pocket.
Cons
Too much work to do in one day, every day. 18-20 jobs per day and you're required to spend a minimum of 20 minutes treating every house, no time for lunch but were required to record it on paper anyway. All they care about is collecting payment from customers that aren't on auto bill. First question they ask everyone every single day is how many collections did you get and why not all of them, even if customers aren't home during the service. Required to work every Saturday and takes a few years to earn Monday-Friday. Manager "forgets" about time off requests until the day before when you remind him. All they care about is collecting money and staying out til 6 or later every day working.
