      Great perks. Vacations, fun activities, great leadership, and a culture of hard work. One of the best jobs you can have during college.

      Cons

      It’s not for the weak. Knocking doors everyday is difficult. The summers can get really hot and getting rejected all day can be taxing.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
