      Great management! Excellent foundation in good principles and values. Very good company with workers that work with integrity.

      Cons

      Door to Door sales is just plain hard no matter how you slice it. Even though Moxie has a lower drop off rate than most companies, 20%-40% of sales reps consistently don't finish the summer.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
