      Good pay, pretty independent work. Got one extra day off per week.

      Cons

      Management didn't really care what kind of training I had. Just sent me out there before knowing how to handle chemicals and other things.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
