      Pros

      What I love most about working at Moxie is the people. All of the people I work with have a vested interested in the growth and performance of the company. It's rare to find a company where the employees care as much as the managers and the managers as much as the owners. It's AWESOME!

      Cons

      At Moxie there are no cons. Unless you don't like happy people. I do, and I love that everyone is happy. We're a family.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
