      Friendly coworkers, management cares about mental health, if you follow the rules you get rewards.

      Cons

      Constant check ins on performance - so much so that it feels like grade school, they keep a list of every mistake you made and make you look over it so you don’t make them again

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
