      I guess the only good reason to work with them is the salary

      It is not worthy nor moral to get money by scamming people and telling them they have attic rats in their attic just to sell them a new insulation.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
