Pros
work from home, the office culture in dallas seems nice, fountains, water station....so I have heard. sometimes incentives and gift cards from amazon but you gotta fight for them. not a lot of pros from this company honestly.
Cons
oh my my where to start. Absolutely no follow through with management on any team, cannot direct customers to a live human to take care of their issues if they want to cancel or need management, no incentives for work from home, and when you go to fight for yourself, they fire you. So that's a thing. The culture they preach is not followed and management picks and chooses what they want to believe. They do not do first, second and final warnings, it's just an automatic final write up. They are not accomodating for transgender individuals, will not follow ada or fmla paperwork for SA and do not treat lgbtqia+ individuals with respect. They preach this 7 skills of highly effective people lifestyle but they don't do anything to help. They write you up but don't give you a chance to correct your action before ushering you out the door.
