      Pros

      Really amazing people and laid back working environment. There are usually fun incentives to shoot for as well.

      Cons

      The pay could use some serious reconsideration. The physical labor of working in attics does not match the rate they pay unless they are actively looking for a high turnover rate. Management is more a club than a functional in-touch resource.

      Good people good coworkers good snacks

      Cons

      Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
