Pros

Good work environment. Primarily comprised of young office professionals, which makes it a fun environment. Decent base pay. Paid bonuses if your appointments lead to a sale.

Cons

As a product scheduler, your job is to call all the customers within a particular set of zip codes for that day, offering and scheduling free attic inspections. The inspection is just a guise to sell them a new type of insulation that is very expensive. Most customers, at one point or another, have accepted the attic inspection. They become pretty annoyed that we keep calling about it. Some zip codes are worse than others, and you are required to meet a quota regardless of what location you are working in.

Nothing is ever the same process. Constantly refining and redesigning systems that often then get phased out Rules get established then overturned by leadership. Ownership is unethical in business practice. Had 5 weeks PTO but my position wouldn’t let me take pto Monday or Friday because no one else could perform my duties. Was not paid out on accrued pto
