I was with this company for well over a decade. As the company grew, convincing college kids who were half decent at selling in the summers to pursue a career in the D2D space became the life mission of the owners. I feel into this trap and was sold this pipe dream of becoming a millionaire through Pest Control. Tim Headrick is definitely a master manipulator behind this scam. The ability to attain “ownership” on his branches which is the actual path to making great money was basically impossible to achieve unless you whined and complained enough or threatened to leave to a competitor then you got it for nothing almost. The founder, Jason, is definitely a spectrumed man-child running around playing politics while claiming to be this pillar of integrity but is actually the exact opposite behind closed doors. Claims he would rather not have a D2D sales force if they can’t be honest yet countless times they would turn a blind eye if those said reps were at least bringing in revenue. Classic. Lots more then just this but here’s the TLDR: Leadership is so out of touch with what a seasoned sales leader should be earning and require WAY too much. If you’re offered a “long term deal” of any kind - do not sign it unless you’ve read it properly, had lawyers review it and you feel good about it. Don’t sign anything just to join the “boys club” in Hawaii. Not worth it. Fight for what you’re owed. Don’t play into their whole “abundance mentality” and “core values” talk. It’s just a way for them to pay you less. If they don’t give you what you want, don’t be afraid to leave and go to a competitor they will actually pay and have a culture of high sales performance (grit, hawx, Ecoshield) all of which have way more favorable ownership models
