The administration could be a bit transparent

There are no pros to companies like this

Harassment to clients & candidates when they have not done their research to see if there will be a good fit for the company. They do not check the job description, job title, geological location or anything. They just keep emailing & calling you. If you unsubscribe, you get 5 more emails and/or calls from their shared companies for other outrageous roles
