I am a former employee of MoxieIT Staffing Company in Hyderabad, where I spent almost 2 years. I would like to share my experiences during my time at the company. Overall, I found MoxieIT to be a decent place to work, but there were significant challenges, particularly regarding the work environment. My experience under Account Manager Mr. Sitaram was particularly difficult. I encountered a toxic atmosphere, largely due to his communication style. His approach often involved harsh criticism, which created a sense of discouragement among team members. Constructive feedback was rare, and any minor mistakes, such as errors in emails or resumes, led to severe reprimands. In contrast, my interactions with Head Manager Mr. Vamsi were overwhelmingly positive. He consistently demonstrated humility and support throughout my tenure, addressing our concerns with professionalism and patience. His leadership was a stark contrast to Mr. Sitaram’s style. Additionally, I found the company’s incentive structure and leave policies to be lacking, which contributed to a less-than-ideal work experience. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts and hope they provide insight into the work environment at MoxieIT.
