Pros
People centric values, no quarterly revenue targets, an honest attempt at good benefits. Good work life balance in most positions.
Cons
Leadership is a mess - it's ineffective, communications are terrible, and actual follow-thru on supposed "transparency" is sorely lacking. Very political. Little room for upward mobility. Company has no strategy or idea what it's doing - competitors are eating it's lunch. This is because of poor leadership decisions but employees are the ones that eat the consequences.
