      Pros

      Well-structure company for any engineers to contribute your talent. The benefits can give you a good work/life balance. You can also speak your opinions with the team in an open mind way.

      Cons

      The marketing strategy is always vague from Firefox OS to Firefox Browser. I can tell that the browser market is not easy to growth without our own service, but I still don't see any reasonable to turn the tables.

      Pros

      Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.

      Cons

      Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there. Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
