We agree the people here are the biggest asset Mozilla has (brilliant and gifted, well as passionate), and we invest a lot to ensure people are taken care of. The past year has certainly been a tough one, requiring us to make some significant changes to adapt to an evolving internet (and world). This included changes to our strategy which we’re sharing more about now.

Pros

Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.

Cons

Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there. Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
