      Pros

      Mozilla has some of the greatest people I have ever worked with. The company is mission driven and has hard tech problems to solve. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of stress and change over the last year or two. The organization has grown and changed a lot (some by choice, some by circumstance) and that has been culturally challenging.

      Pros

      Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.

      Cons

      Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there. Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
