      - brilliant people - challenging projects that force you to learn and grow - mission driven - excellent compensation and benefits

      Cons

      - Very few. We're in an industry with large competitors that have superior budgets. But that's part of the challenge and why it's such an exciting and fulfilling place to work.

      Pros

      Great health insurance benefits. Literally you pay nothing per pay check. Also parental leave is 6 months which is rare in the US. Wellness days were nice too.

      Cons

      Lack of black people in and promoted to senior / management positions even though there are many qualified people to be there. Also management cannot make decisions. They are leaps and bounds behind the competition and many lack competence.
