Pros
Nice work culture, flexibility and facilities, HR Policies Management listens when we raise issues. Onsite opportunities are available but you have to ask for it many times. Relations matter here. Job security as it does not fire employees One can learn and change their projects easily
Cons
Dont give a nice package Dont expect huge increment, promotions are given but you have to ask for it. Most of the time you will feel like you are listened but only when you fight for it else management won't care that much
