1. Salary increases at snails' pace after joining the company 2. Seniors at times report into the juniors which is the worst practice. 3. While moving around projects professionals are hired for a role a level below than their last role 4. Managers dont value the skills and dont trust in the team members. Incapable of resolving the team issues 5.Hired at a higher salary at the time of joining however the salary rise is declined for next couple of years citing that your salary is already high and neither do they give promotion to move you to the next level to fit into the salary band.
