job stability due to very low salaries (cannot take family on vacation or buy a reliable used car...)
Cons
No Promotions. Extremely Low Salaries, Made for Indians mostly on Visa, Supports religiously discriminating country (India / Headquarters is Bangalore). courts biased against minorities. Internal Job movement is impossible (too many blockers). Had to study (Mandatory) from home for many years without effect on job, no promotion.
