Pros
I saw it to became Hell from Heaven . Nitin Rakesh left Syntel and join Mphasis. Ruined everything. All old trusted employees left the company because of the poor policies. Last two years Mphasis is recruiting freshers for less then 1.4 LPA package. Which is much much lower than a food delivery guy. (No offence with food delivery) . For last 2 years there is no Pros in this company. Do not join and ruin your life here.
Cons
Poor salary revision policy. No one have an answer for Salary increment for last two years. Even delay while giving VPP. for last 2 year never received 100% VPP. after covid situation 50% deduction from VPP. Overall a poorest MNC company . If you are looking to learn an grow your career then Mphasis is not at all a good option.
