Hired to answer the phones 6 years ago, and have since ran the entire business basically yet continue to get paid the price of a secretary basically. They take advantage of you, expect you to run the business completely while they go to conferences, and vacation yet still only pay you for your normal 40 hours. When confronting about pay they tell you to go flip burgers basically if you don't like it, because to them paying you more is more out of their pockets. The owner is an idiot, doesn't know anything about construction so he underbids everything, and the customers even laugh at him. He does not understand how run a company either.
