      They are very unorganized so you get to work for free everyday. They also pay based on what they feel they should pay you

      Cons

      After leaving the company when I realized how bad of a little scam they have going on here they have waited one month and counting to pay me my last check

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Cons

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Pros

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
