      Management was understanding and willing to accommodate my schedule; I got to learn a lot from the technicians while getting paid for it.

      Cons

      Hard to rack up many hours in a week because the opportunities were so erratic and inconsistent.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Cons

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Pros

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
