The owner of this Mr. Handyman works to build and maintain a team dedicated to professionalism. My experience over 14 months was very positive. I was given the space to make decisions and approach jobs professionally and completely. Clients were treated well and the balance between client and field work was handled well. Some bullet points. Flexible enough scheduling, excellent pay and benefit package, space for personal growth, interesting repairs, lots of interaction with new clients. I left this company due to relocation, otherwise I may have finished out my career there. Thank you Howard and crew.
Cons
Things to consider which don't necessarily rate as cons. The pace can be surprisingly fast. Up to four or five dispatches a day by my experience. There can be periods of time that you need to hang in doing work that may not be your favorite, then there will be runs of what you want. But that's work and that said, my office did their best to balance drives and work assignments. Organizational skills are very helpful and communication is critical.
