      Interesting work. Lots of problem solving opportunities. Management doesn’t have a technical background.

      Cons

      Hard to follow reasoning behind upper management. Limited promotional opportunities. Annual raises are OK but promotional raises do not compete.

      They have really concerning issues happening that they are aware of that was reported to the headquarters
