      Pros

      Friendly and positive colleague culture. Hourly employees were some of best I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Negative and disassociated management culture with respect to subordinates. Notable lack of organization. Would take quite an effort to move to world class environment with respect to my type of work. Lack of support from management.

      They have really concerning issues happening that they are aware of that was reported to the headquarters

      They are aware of issues but they rather hide it then fix the problem
