Pros

Simple. You show up, do your time, and go home. You're not really nagged all that much so long as you're not problematic.

Cons

You will be gasping for air until you're used to being inside of that oven of a foundry. Management seems to not respect the work/home life balance, constantly mandating an additional day of overtime for 6 day weeks nearly nonstop. It breaks the body down and drains the mental state.
