      Pros

      Great Benefits and a good work environment. I feel as though I am helping the company make money.

      Cons

      Management in the plant is not great. They are too scared to do anything because of the union, and most are lazy.

      They have really concerning issues happening that they are aware of that was reported to the headquarters

      They are aware of issues but they rather hide it then fix the problem
