Pros
Compensation was very good, with the freedom to basically do whatever process you wanted, you had that flexibility. If you were young, eager, they wanted you.
Cons
There was always some sort of giant change coming. Just when you got comfortable with how the place was running, or what we were working on, 6-9 months later, there would be some sort of huge process change or equipment move.
