      Fast growing company in fast growing industry.

      Cons

      Workload was incredibly high and payments were not as good as in other companies of the same industry, which made other companies more competitive and thus have a better quality of workforce.

      They have really concerning issues happening that they are aware of that was reported to the headquarters
