Pros
A few supportive coworkers. Experience here can prepare you for better opportunities elsewhere.
Cons
This was one of the worst work environments I’ve ever been in. Management consistently played favorites while claiming otherwise, creating a dishonest and unfair culture. Micromanagement is taken to the extreme — even basic needs like restroom breaks are penalized if they fall outside your scheduled time. The culture of “toxic positivity” is damaging. Leadership promotes the idea of a fun and supportive workplace, but in reality employees are reprimanded for harmless jokes or for expressing frustration after difficult calls. Managers do not uphold the same “values” they impose, and instead act passive-aggressive and dismissive.Workload is unsustainable with constant back-to-back calls, and employees are punished for voicing exhaustion. Scoring systems are unrealistic, with deductions for situations outside your control (e.g., a patient hanging up). Attendance rules are excessively strict — being one minute late from break counts as an occurrence.Favoritism, bias, and even discrimination are evident. If you don’t fit their mold, management will find a way to push you out. Employees are treated as disposable, and turnover is extremely high.
