Pros
Great atmosphere in our department (Pediatric Weight & Wellness). Program Coordinator constantly looked for talent that helped to make the program team more skilled and dynamic. Was encouraged to network with other departments to provide a more cohesive mission for MultiCare. Good pay.
Cons
Being such a small department we often were overlooked or forgotten about, which led to higher ups allowing other departments to start their own program that had the same mission as ours. In other words, lack of communication with other department leads and higher ups led to redundancy.
