Pros
Worked as a contractor so had some flexibility when needed to take time off. Organized environment with a teamwork mentality.
Cons
Even though it is a Not for Profit - believe me that is always a misnomer. At times I was micromanaged and not treated like a responsible contractor. I was treated more like an employee. And in fact the positions were eventually made into employee positions and pay was cut in half.
