      Pros

      There honestly really isn't any pros in the department I worked in. I would say their training is good.

      Cons

      Horrible management. They do not care about their employees at all. We are robots there to work and that's it. Was told there were flexible hours during my interview and that was not the case once hired. The department leadership lives off a book of lies and false hope. Over worked.

      Our Access Center employees are performing at world class levels, and we are very proud of them. Of course, we recognize that a call center environment is not a fit for everyone, and it sounds like that was the case for you.
