Poorly run - RN, Bsn MultiCare Health System Employee Review

Management is a mess! Very poorly organized, the President of Mary Bridge and the Vice President of Clinics just resigned/ rumor is they were asked to leave. Upper management doesn't last more than two years and then they quit. Leadership is lacking as is organizational competence. They have lost focus on patients and the well-being of doctors and nurses and are trying to run a medical organization worth no insight our knowledge of how to successfully do that.
