Large company, Great benifits! (That was an overall review of the corperation.) Home health flexible hours, no call. One on one with patients. Better than average mileage, phone and computor charting.
Cons
This is for the Home health division only: No work life balance for full time employees, expect to work 12+ hrs and if you put down the actual amt of hours you work you are put in the line of fire ( most employees will not put in actual hrs worked) Too many cheifs not enough indians and most of the "chiefs" will tell you contradict each other when it comes to what needs to be accomplished. Scheduling is a nightmare!! High turnover rate...Bully supervisors... If you try to transfer they can and will deny your request due to staffing needs.Be careful voicing your opinion or you risk be placed on "the list" and micromanaged until you quit.
