Rude unprofessional HR dept (aka “human potential” ) - CareLine MultiCare Health System Employee Review

Extremely top heavy admin w unnecessary layers of high paid do nothings.the worst HR dept I have experienced in many years of health care work-HR admin totally disinterested and above employees concerns and unconcerned about hiring excellent staff at community standard pay and raises are abysmal- lucky to get 2%/year. Truly awful HR administration
