Management too concerned about “patient satisfaction” scores and billing for exams not necessary to address any interpersonal issues between employees. Every meeting is a push to improve survey scores to get a bonus that we rarely get anymore. Physicians and management get their bonuses while the people who work the hardest get nothing. Don’t dare speak up to the injustice to patients that’s occurring they will find ways to reprimand you. They praise an environment free of retaliation but it’s completely false. Can’t wait for my last day. TOXIC!!
